Newsflash! Have you thought about classing up your joint a little bit and cooking something besides hot dogs? I know it’s a crazy idea but think of the appreciative “Oohs” and “Ahhs” sure to be flowing your way when you whip out a dish of…
That’s what you’re going to learn in the special cooking-and-wine class in the studio kitchen at Foster’s Homeware Saturday, August 9, 2008, from 5 pm to 7 pm.
That night, Keith Wallace, founder of the Wine School and accomplished former chef, will lead you through a menu of dishes that he will prepare right there before your very eyes. Brian Freedman, Keith’s colleague and director of wine education, will demonstrate the correct pairings of wine with the food to bring out the best in each. The best part is, well, who do you think is going to be consuming all that great stuff? You, if you sign up to go.
You can find more information on this and other wine and cooking classes at Vinology.
The August 9 class will take place at Foster’s Homeware, located at 399 Market Street, Philadelphia, PA.
