The Susquehanna Bank Center is the new name of an amphitheatre that has been a home to concerts and family events for more than 14 years. During the warm weather months, the Susquehanna is a 25,000 seat open air venue with a splendid view of the Philadelphia skyline and the Ben Franklin Bridge, featuring a lawn with video screens, and computerized sound enhancement.
The fall reconfiguration for cooler weather brings the seating down to a more intimate, fully enclosed, climate controlled capacity of up to 7,000 people, and offers a variety of concerts, Broadway productions, and family events.
For concerts, children under two years of age are admitted free with an adult ticket.
