You’ll see old things with new eyes when you show up at The Franklin Institute Saturday, July 19, 2008, at 10:30 am. Bring a sharp mind and a good pair of shoes. Solve tricky, humorous questions as you and your crafty family tackle the Mad Science Scramble Family Scavenger Hunt.

This one takes place at The Franklin Institute and there are some cool things to be hunted there. You’ll be searching for answers related to a full-size locomotive, an Air Force jet, a mad scientist’s electric device that adds spark to your life, secret messages in optical illusions, a giant heart you walk inside, strange space suits, a real moon rock, an over-equipped athlete, some of Ben’s own inventions, including a highly unusual way to get across a lake.

That’s all I’m going to tell you for now. This is going to be more fun than a tree full of spider monkeys on a coffee binge! I wouldn’t miss it if I were you.
