Description: French Bistro Dinner: The Bistro experience in France is akin to the diner experience in America. It is a place for \”Everyman\” and his family to dine on exceptional regional foods and local beverages. in France, many Bistros serve what is fresh in the market that day. There may be a choice of entree and salad, with the remainder of the meal served family style. We have chosen hearty rustic wines from around the world to accompany our Bistro fare (and our wine selections are included in the price for dinner). Start with Pastis or Lillet and enjoy the wines, the ambiance, and the entire evening.

Sizzling Clams in Garlic Herbed Butter. Marinated Olives with Preserved Lemon. Smoked Blue Fish with a Tomato, Caper, and Lemon Vinaigrette. Gougeres (Fresh Cheese Puffs). Stuffed Veal Breast with Mustard Vinaigrette. Roasted Beet Salad with Watercress and Toasted Walnuts in a Creamy Horseradish Dressing. Mussles, Ham, and Potatoes au Gratin. Homemade Duck Rillettes. Brandade (Salt Cod mash potatoes with Olive Oil). Beluga Lentil Salad with Celeriac and Granny Smith Apples.

Entree:

Grilled Flat Iron Steak with a Red Wine and Shallot Sauce with Normandy Potatoes and Hericots Vert.

Dessert:

Classic French Chocolate Mousse

Coffee, Tea, and Soft Drinks are included.
