It is a place for \&#8221;Everyman\&#8221; and his family to dine on exceptional regional foods and local beverages. in France, many Bistros serve what is fresh in the market that day. There may be a choice of entree and salad, with the remainder of the meal served family style. We have chosen hearty rustic wines from around the world to accompany our Bistro fare (and our wine selections are included in the price for dinner). Start with Pastis or Lillet and enjoy the wines, the ambiance, and the entire evening.</p>
